Our Services
Dr. Burke and Associates LLC synthesizes input from all providers into a single, person-centered plan. For neurodivergent individuals, we emphasize strengths and learning profiles rather than deficits. By integrating research from Communication, Education, Neuroplasticity, and Applied Behavior Analysis—and utilizing our successful COMPASS Approach—we create inclusive environments that help individuals thrive at home, in school, and in the workplace.
Individual and Family Based Services

Screening and Intake
Parents can schedule a 20-minute virtual meeting and speak with a team member regarding their questions, goals, and immediate priorities to help determine what services may be appropriate (No Cost).
Initial Consultation
For parents with general questions or those seeking guidance in specific areas of growth, we offer a comprehensive 90-minute initial consultation. These sessions are available in-person or virtually to accommodate your family’s location and needs.
To ensure our time together is as impactful as possible, we require the completion of an Initial Consultation Questionnaire and the submission of supplemental records prior to the session. This preparation allows us to dive directly into the data and begin crafting your family’s path forward.

Support and Strategy Sessions
These 60-minute intensive sessions are designed for a deep dive into specific topics such as communication, independence, or social skills. We move beyond discussion to the development of practical tools that parents can implement immediately to support their child’s unique learning profile.
The “Bridge Builder” Package

- Unlimited Email Support for the duration of the 3 months answered within 48 business hours.
This package provides the continuous collaboration necessary to bridge the gap between clinical data and meaningful, long-term growth.
Assessment, Program Development, and Long-term Planning
We are prepared to help parents and the professionals working with them through the assessment process, program development, and long-term planning. We implement the COMPASS Approach for Neurodiversity, a framework based on research and extensive experience working with individuals across diverse diagnoses, learning profiles, and support needs.
The COMPASS Approach incorporates Evidence-Based Practices (EBP) from the diverse fields of Communication, Education, Neuroplasticity, and Applied Behavior Analysis. Developed by experts with years of field experience, this approach ensures all information is presented in a clear, practical style to address real-life issues. Our collaborative model ensures that every strategy implemented today serves as a clear step toward an individual’s Post-21 North Star Goals.

We partner with families to translate assessments into practical plans, school decisions, and daily routines that honor strengths and support well-being.

We believe in “Voices & Choices” and exploring alternative modes of communication.

Our neuro-affirming approach provides navigation through education, therapy, and services, empowering caregivers with clear options, collaborative goals, and sustainable growth.
